Frequently asked questions
01 Who can submit a proposal?
Anyone working with Generative AI in production, research or productization. We're looking for engineering, data/AI, product, security and tech leadership profiles with something concrete to teach.
02 What formats and lengths do you accept?
30-minute talks, 90-minute hands-on workshops, or moderated panels. Indicate your preferred format in the submission form — if your content fits another shape, we will discuss it together.
03 When is the deadline?
Submissions close on 28 February 2027. We recommend submitting early: we review on a rolling basis and the premium slots tend to fill first.
04 When will I hear back?
We'll notify all submitters by mid-March 2027, whether your proposal is accepted or not. We do our best to share short feedback when we can.
05 Do you cover travel, accommodation or honorariums?
Gen AI Summit does NOT cover travel or accommodation costs, and does NOT pay speaker honorariums. Speakers receive a full conference pass and access to the speaker dinner. The form has an optional field where you can let us know if travel or accommodation would be a blocker — this helps us understand context but is not a commitment to cover costs.
06 In which languages can I present?
We accept English, Spanish and Valencian. Most talks are delivered in English given the international audience; specify your preferred language in your submission.
07 What kind of content stands out?
Real production work over slideware. We prefer concrete examples, code, demos and honest lessons learned — including what failed — over generic or overly promotional presentations.
08 Is there a Code of Conduct?
Yes. All speakers must agree to the Gen AI Summit Code of Conduct as part of their submission. You can review it at /en/code-of-conduct before submitting.
Ready to share your work?
Submissions are open until 28 February 2027.
