GenAI Summit Europe is a professional, inclusive, and high-impact forum for the exchange of knowledge around generative artificial intelligence, innovation, and technology. This Code of Conduct defines the standards of behavior required to ensure a safe, respectful, and productive environment for all participants.
This Code of Conduct applies to all individuals involved in the event, including but not limited to attendees, speakers, sponsors, partners, exhibitors, vendors, organizers, staff, volunteers, and any person participating in official GenAI Summit Europe activities, whether in person or online.
GenAI Summit Europe is guided by the following principles:
Professionalism and mutual respect in all interactions
Diversity, inclusion, and equal opportunity
Ethical collaboration and responsible innovation
Compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and professional standards
All participants are expected to:
Behave in a professional, respectful, and collaborative manner
Foster constructive dialogue and the open exchange of ideas
Respect different perspectives, backgrounds, identities, and experiences
Follow event rules and comply with instructions from the organizing team
Use event spaces, platforms, and resources responsibly
The following behaviors will not be tolerated:
Harassment, discrimination, or intimidation of any kind, including based on gender, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, age, nationality, ethnicity, religion, disability, or physical appearance
Offensive, abusive, or inappropriate language or conduct, whether verbal, written, or physical
Disruptive behavior that interferes with sessions or the overall event experience
Unauthorized recording, photography, or distribution of content involving other participants
Aggressive, intrusive, or unauthorized commercial promotion or solicitation
Any action that endangers the safety, integrity, or well-being of others
GenAI Summit Europe may be photographed or recorded for communication and promotional purposes
Participants acknowledge that their image may appear incidentally in such materials
Recording or sharing content from speakers or participants without prior consent is strictly prohibited
Any violation of this Code of Conduct should be reported to the organizing team through official event channels or directly to a member of the staff.
All reports will be handled confidentially, seriously, and in a timely manner.
The organizers reserve the right to take appropriate action in response to any breach of this Code of Conduct, including but not limited to:
Verbal or written warnings
Immediate removal from the event without refund
Exclusion from future editions of the event
Notification of authorities where legally required
By participating in GenAI Summit Europe, all individuals agree to comply fully with this Code of Conduct and to actively contribute to a professional, safe, and respectful environment aligned with the values of the global innovation ecosystem.
